Loosely translated as “Fuck You Fuckers”, “Fok Julle Naaiers” is the track that led to Die Antwoord’s departure from Interscope almost as soon as they signed. Their new album, TEN$ION would have been their second album with Interscope, but the label told them “Fok” was too hard for a mainstream audience and the group needed to tone it down and go mainstream. Antwoord said “Fok julle naaiers” and will left Interscope to release TEN$ION on their own label. Fok Interscope.
